Cancellation conditions

 • For group bookings and custom packages (3 or more rooms or tailored

arrangements), different cancellation terms apply.

 • Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.

 • Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be

charged.

 • Within 14 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be

charged.

 • A fully payment is required upon confirmation for group bookings.
