1. Where can I park my car?
Our hotel is located at the Markt, in the heart of the historic center of Brouwershaven. During the summer period, there is a blue zone, where you may park for a maximum of 2 hours with a parking disc (April 1 – October 31, daily 10:00 – 18:00).
Brouwershaven also offers free parking within walking distance of the Markt:
New marina: suitable for cars, buses, and campers.
‘IJsbaan’ parking lot on the south side upon entering, on the left-hand side.
From these parking spots, you can reach the hotel and the center within a few minutes.
2. From what time can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
If the restaurant or reception is closed, check-in can be arranged by appointment.

3. Until what time can I check out?
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
A late check-out is possible for an additional fee.
4. Is breakfast included in the room rate?
No, breakfast is not included.
It can be added optionally or booked on-site.
Breakfast is delivered in the morning as a delicious breakfast basket to your room.
5. Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, our hotel has a restaurant serving lunch and dinner.
You may also simply enjoy drinks, but there is no separate bar.
The restaurant features a cozy terrace.
Opening hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (kitchen closes at 8:00 PM).
6. Is the hotel wheelchair accessible or are there wheelchair-accessible rooms?
No, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible, and there are no wheelchair-accessible rooms.
7. Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevator in the hotel.
8. Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel, including rooms and hallways.
Any damages or extra cleaning costs caused by smoking will be fully charged to the guest responsible.
9. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations can be cancelled, but specific conditions apply depending on the booked rate or package.

10. Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, there are bus stops (Zuidwal and Poortdijkstraat) and a mobility hub directly in front of the hotel.

11. Can I get an extra bed or a baby cot?
Extra bed: only available in room 3, with a sofa bed for up to 2 additional persons.
Baby cot: possible in rooms 2, 3, and 4, for an additional fee.
12. Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
13. What are the opening hours of the restaurant and reception?
Restaurant Zen Kitchen:
Monday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday: closed
Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Kitchen: until 8:00 PM

14. Is the hotel room accessible after check-in?
Yes, after check-in, each guest has 24/7 access to the hotel and their room.
15. Can I safely store my bicycles?
There is no secured bicycle storage, but you can lock your bike(s) to the bike racks in front of the hotel.
For electric bicycles, a charging point is available directly in front of the hotel.
16. Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge for all guests.
