General & Booking Terms – Hotel

1. Reservations

A reservation is final once you have received a confirmation from us.

By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment

We may require a prepayment or deposit.

The remaining amount must be paid before or during the stay.

Any additional charges (e.g., minibar, restaurant, damages) will be settled upon departure.

3. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via the booking system.

Unless otherwise agreed, the following standard cancellation policy applies:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Within 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due

Within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00; check-out is required by 10:00.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. House Rules

Guests must adhere to the hotel’s house rules, including:

Following safety instructions

Respecting quiet hours

Avoiding damage to rooms or hotel property

Hotel staff reserve the right to remove guests who violate the house rules.

6. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, unless caused by negligence on the part of the hotel.

Guests are liable for any damage to rooms, inventory, or other hotel property.

7. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for the consequences of circumstances beyond its control, such as technical failures, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

9. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

10. Applicable Law

All reservations and agreements are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court.

House Rules

Below you will find the main house rules that apply within our hotel. We kindly ask you to respect and accept these rules for your safety and ours.

General Rules:

Remain calm in case of fire. Report the fire immediately to reception and/or activate the nearest manual fire alarm.

In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.

A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Check-in is only permitted for persons aged 18 or older.

Only registered guests may use the booked room.

Security cameras are installed in various areas of the hotel. Anyone present in our hotel consents to being recorded. In the event of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings may be shared with third parties as supporting material.

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.

The management, the owner of this location, and/or individuals working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may incur.

All instructions from hotel staff relating to the house rules must be followed. You may report any concerns to hotel management.

In the event of an emergency, always follow the instructions of the staff.

It is prohibited to:

Use emergency exits when there is no fire.

Take hotel property outside the building. In the case of intentional damage to hotel property, guests may be held liable for repair and/or replacement costs.

Use, consume, trade, or possess narcotics (this also applies to whipped cream canisters/laughing gas).

Cause disturbances in or around the hotel, including loud music, inappropriate behavior, or noise of any kind.

Occupy the room with more people than the number for which it was booked.

Smoke or vape inside the building or in the room. If we detect smoking or vaping, we are obliged to charge €150.00 for cleaning costs. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking in the room, we will also charge the fire brigade call-out fee of €300.00.

Use certain decorations, such as confetti. Please check with reception which decorations are permitted.

Light candles or incense in the rooms due to the fire alarm system and fire hazard (the security system is triggered immediately).

Book a room under your name without staying in the room yourself.

Suite Regulations

Smoking and/or vaping is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel. If this rule is violated, a cleaning fee of €150.00 and any damage costs will be charged to you.

It is strictly forbidden to light candles or incense due to the fire hazard and alarm system (the security system is triggered immediately).

Certain decorations, such as confetti, are not allowed in hotel rooms. Ask at reception whether your decoration is permitted. Additional cleaning costs or technical damage resulting from unauthorized decoration will be charged to the guest.

A maximum of 2 people is allowed in this room. If you wish to bring a baby, we can provide a cot for €10.00 per night. Children under 12 are allowed only if at least one adult is present and the total number of people in the room does not exceed two. Bringing children or babies is entirely at your own risk.

Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. After check-out, the room will be inspected for cleanliness and damage. Any outstanding bills can be settled at the reception desk.

Damage, loss, or destruction of hotel property will result in immediate removal from the hotel, liability for damages, and/or police involvement.

If the room key is lost or not returned, a fee of €25.00 will be charged.

A valid ID must be presented.

The use, trade, or possession of narcotics (in any form) is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, hotel management will contact the police and may proceed with immediate removal without refund.

Pets are not allowed.

In all cases not covered by these regulations, the hotel management will decide.
